There's nothing like a little autumnal cocktail to spice up the holidays—we call this one the Paradise Spice! Created by Marshal Middleton at Savour by CRUSH, Winchester, Virginia, the Paradise Spice combines the delicious botanical flavor of Licor 43 with pumpkin spice syrup for a boozy rum-based play on one of the most popular flavor profiles of the season.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Palm Republic Silver Rum
- ½ ounce Licor 43
- ½ ounce Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- fresh grated nutmeg
Garnish (Optional):
- Pineapple fronds
Glassware:
- Tumbler
Instructions:
- In a glass, combine all ingredients over crushed ice.
- Cover the glass with a shaker lid, shake until frothy, and return to glass
- Return to glass.
- Top with fresh grated nutmeg and enjoy!
