Eric Winter’s fascination with rum began on a pivotal trip to the Caribbean 20 years ago. Over a bottle of local aged rum with his future father-in-law, Eric discovered a passion for pure Caribbean rum. That evening kicked off 20 years of obsession and exploration, searching the Caribbean for the best that rum has to offer.
Palm Republic is the result.

Eric Winter is an accomplished actor and producer, and the co-founder of Palm Republic. A longtime rum ehthusiast, Palm Republic is the result of a dream 20 years in the making.
“Rum has been a passion of mine for almost 20 years. I was first introduced to this amazing spirit when I went to Puerto Rico with my wife, Roselyn Sanchez, to meet her family. The rum we shared at her family's home brought us together. Palm Republic speaks to the blending of cultures, and I hope it will be bring you and those you love closer too."
