Eric Winter’s obsession with rum began on a pivotal trip to the Caribbean 20 years ago. He was there to meet Roselyn Sanchez’s family, his future in-laws, and got to know them over a bottle of local aged rum that Roselyn’s father shared with him. That evening kicked off 20 years of obsession and exploration, searching the Caribbean for the best that rum has to offer.
Palm Republic is the result.

Brad Parkes
Brad Parkes comes from a family that’s been in the alcohol business since the 70’s. Having already launched a canned cocktail brand with his wife, Brad decided to take his pedigree and experience to a new challenge: bringing premium rum to the American market.

Eric Winter is an accomplished actor, producer, investor, and now co-founder of Palm Republic. Palm Republic is the fruition of a dream that began 20 years ago when his passion for rum was born during a fateful trip to Puerto Rico.
