Palm-tini

Our take on the quintessential spirit-forward classic.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz Palm Republic Silver Rum
  • 1 oz Blanc Vermouth
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters

Garnish:

  • Lemon peel

Glassware: 

  • Coupe or martini glass

Instructions:

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice
  2. Add all ingredients to mixing glass
  3. Stir with bar spoon for 15-20 seconds until the mixing glass is cold on the outside
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe/martini glass
  5. Garnish with an expressed lemon peel
