Palmspresso Martini

It's undeniable, the Espresso Martini is a star. Swap out vodka for the creamlike texture of Palm Republic Silver Rum and you get something truly unstoppable. There's a reason this cocktail is one of Palm Republic co-founder Eric Winter's all-time favorites!

 Ingredients: 

• 2 oz Palm Republic Silver Rum
• 1 oz coffee liqueur
• 1/2 oz freshly-made espresso
• Splash of Stevia simple syrup

Garnish:

• Coffee beans
• Lemon twist

Glassware: 

• Martini or couple glass

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
   
2. Shake hard for at least 10 seconds
3. Strain into a martini glass
   
4. Express a lemon twist over the glass and garnish
5. Garnish with coffee beans and lemon twist
