Instead of simple syrup, this drink uses Diluted Maple Syrup as a low-sugar, natural alternative.

Diluted Maple Syrup Ingredients:
- 100 grams grade-A amber maple syrup or maple sugar
- 100 grams hot water
Strawberry Palm Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Palm Republic Silver or Aged Rum
- 2 fresh, ripe strawberries
- .75 oz fresh lime juice
- .5 oz Diluted Maple Syrup
Garnish:
- Lime wheel
- Strawberry
Glassware:
- Coupe glass
Diluted Maple Syrup Instructions:
- Combine ingredients and stir until incorporated
Strawberry Palm Instructions:
- Add strawberries to shaker tin and muddle well
- Add all other ingredients to shaker tin
- Fill shaker tin with ice
- Shake hard for 15-20 seconds
- Strain into coupe glass
- Garnish with a lime wheel or strawberry
