Both fresh and refreshing, the Strawberry Palm is an all natural interpretation of a beloved tropical classic.

Instead of simple syrup, this drink uses Diluted Maple Syrup as a low-sugar, natural alternative. 

Below you'll find details on how to create both the Diluted Maple Syrup and the Strawberry Palm. You'll be sipping on delight in no time.

Diluted Maple Syrup Ingredients: 

  • 100 grams grade-A amber maple syrup or maple sugar
  • 100 grams hot water

Strawberry Palm Ingredients: 

  • 1.5 oz Palm Republic Silver or Aged Rum
  • 2 fresh, ripe strawberries
  • .75 oz fresh lime juice
  • .5 oz Diluted Maple Syrup

Garnish:

  • Lime wheel 
  • Strawberry

Glassware: 

  • Coupe glass

Diluted Maple Syrup Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients and stir until incorporated

Strawberry Palm Instructions:

  1. Add strawberries to shaker tin and muddle well
  2. Add all other ingredients to shaker tin
  3. Fill shaker tin with ice
  4. Shake hard for 15-20 seconds
  5. Strain into coupe glass
  6. Garnish with a lime wheel or strawberry
